Project description
The project addresses the challenges and barriers identified in the Lower Silesian innovation system. Its subject is the implementation of comprehensive activities increasing the activity of entities, including enterprises. It is to contribute to strengthening the potential and involvement of entities for the preparation, realisation and commercialisation of R&D projects in areas identified as regional smart specialisations. The project will be implemented not only in Lower Silesia, but also in other EU countries. The target group includes, in particular: enterprises, BEIs, scientific and R&D units, universities, secondary school students and teachers, public administration and non-governmental organisations. It is planned to carry out research, educational, informational and promotional activities, animating cooperation, also of international scope, supporting the commercialisation of R&D projects in areas identified as regional smart specialisations.
